Before the ice age hit Webster. Well, to be honest, this beacon is in Irondequoit, a neighboring town next to Webster (Where Life is Worth Living). But I shot it in Webster.
Lighthouses always remind me of:
“I wanna marry a lighthouse keeper and keep him company,
I wanna marry a lighthouse keeper and live by the side of the sea.”
🙂
Nice lighthouse shot backed by a wonderful sky, Ken.
Thanks, Jimi. It’s really more of a beacon than a lighthouse, though.
I love lighthouses. Wish we had a few out here – maybe on Chatfield reservoir!
You might be a bit too far away from the sea to have lighthouses to photograph. This is just a beacon on the lake, not really a lighthouse.

Thanks, Ash. I don’t think I know that one.
