I think the line paint helps to hold the road together.
Probably more so than the asphalt under it.
Sounds like my town. They fix the potholes every year and every year they are back. Glad you found a spot without one…I’m still looking here. I like the juxtoposition of lines and color.
Thanks, Howard. We like to think Western New York is the pothole capital of the world ( and we have the roads to prove it) but any state with harsh winters can say the same.
