Still the same foggy day as last post. Same bay, too.
A little fog on the bay water.
These photos were shot using the Sima 100mm soft focus lens I purchased in the mid-1980’s. It functions well on the Nikon D610 in manual mode since there are no electronic couplings to the body and focus is also manual. I rediscovered the lens while cleaning out my sock drawer and I may find some room for it in the slingbag. It’s all plastic, including the single element lens and weighs very little. I think it might be a good addition providing I have appropriate subject matter for it. It might even make a decent portrait lens.
This photo above was shot just a few feet away from the previous post photo. It’s a reminder to me that sometimes you can just look around and see interesting things.
