It’s kitty-corner from my old hangout “HANKS” which is no longer in business, and across the street from the Sunoco station. It was a storage building for a long time and it’s being renovated to be apartments or condos. Added benefit: very close to a Salvatore’s Pizza.
Yes, that is what I thought. I know that building. Xerox rented space there back in the day and I had some archives stored there. Hard to believe it could be updated to be “luxury condos”.
Thanks, Howard. I drive by this building all the time but this was the first time I actually stopped to get some photos. I think it’s more photogenic while under construction.
Actually, the unfinished warehouse look is very fashionable here. But as far as I’m concerned, if you have to park outside 100 feet from the door it’s not luxury.
Oh, no. It’s far from being completed. But the attached parking lot is small and there is no inside parking. Perhaps they’ll build an enclosure for residents but with our winters that is hardly sufficient.
Thanks, Linda. Since I’m in this area every week I’ll get lots of opportunity to see it progress. I try to have a camera with me at all times so stay tuned.
Looks like it has good bones… even bomb-proof. But where is it? Could it be the old warehouse on North?

I really like the graphic elements in these shots….the lines and geometry.

Me, too.
Awesome gas distribution system.
I gather it will be a while longer before it transitions into the luxury classification?

Are you saying that’s already up and running?

Wonder how photogenic this building will be after it’s “improved.” You got some really nice compositions out of this stage.

I’m working backwards theough your posts – I really like the blues you’ve been using..
Thanks, Ash. I got the blues.
