I’m sure I couldn’t paint a line that streight for the length of a car. These paint jobs cost thousands and , on this one, the paint looks an inch thick,
I like the middle shot best . . . I might have cropped it closer to get rid of the distraction in the upper part of the frame, but it works as is as well.
Thanks, E. There’s a method to the madness. Most of these shots are composed in the viewfinder with a minor adjustment in post. I liked the roof and window lines so I kept them. Maybe if I pulled back a bit to get more of those in the frame. ..
Not that I wouldn’t mind cruising around in a vintage hot rod, but it really doesn’t fit my “image”. My image would be a 1973 Gremlin (one of which I actually did own). You can stop laughing now!
With art like this, why do car companies impose dumb design like the PT Cruiser? Great shots.
If I could buy a new car just based on looks it would probably be a Jaguar sports coupe.
Great shots! I wonder what the color of that red line in the middle photo was before Windiws 10 🙂
Thanks, Howard. I recalibrated the monitor before and after the Win10 upgrade. Still red!
Fine set, Ken!
Thanks, Harrie.
Still lovin’ the “Seeing Red” series. Keep ’em coming!
Thanks, John. I can’t stop myself!
Love the “red” yellow… and the magenta squiggle in shot two.
By the way, did you miss my rip-off or your series? Maybe you missed it?

Looks like the person doing the pin striping had one cup of coffee too much on that one line. 😉 Great effect actually and well photographed.

Lucious. You do these so well.
Oops. That’s “luscious.”
Thanks, Linda. I’d love to do one of these shows in the rain but I don’t think these cars are waterproof.
You need to have that monitor checked out, Ken. Nice photos though, even though the color is a bit off. 😉
Thanks, Tom. I’m blaming Windows 10.
I think that you should buy this car, Ken. Yep! New-to-you car and Windoze 10! You’d be all set!

Beautiful group Ken.
Thanks, John.
all three are brilliant abstracts…
Thanks, Alexandra.
