      Thanks again, Lynn. I have to say that this, to me, is one of the most exciting photos I’ve shot in months. These simple compositions don’t come easy for me, yet they are the most satisfying.

    I made the mistake of reading what others wrote before I put down what I was going to say. And, shoot, if Lynn didn’t already say it. Only I was going to mention the shadow first, and then the sinking and sitting on top part. Oh, and then she said the other more poetic part. I didn’t have that bit.

      Thanks, Linda. I took several shots in the backyard that day and I didn’t notice that my neighbor was watching from his backyard. After a few minutes, he wandered over and asked what I found so interesting. I showed him but he obviously had more important things on his mind. I guess this type is not for everyone.
